HTM is a Ugandan registered Community Based Organization, founded and registered in 2019 as Community Organization that supports Vulnerable Children in Ugandan communities and Widows to initiate and drive their development agenda by harnessing and growing their resources as well as securing their basic human rights.

HTM works with poor, marginalized and disadvantaged communities as its primary target goal and, strives to provide them with Shelter, Accommodation, Spiritual Assistance and Support in uplifting themselves from their situation through their own efforts and skills provided to them.

A secondary target goal involves outreach to communities who are focused in looking to uplift themselves in a sustainable manner through community empowerment programs.

HTM thus invests significant resources to build, strengthen and sustain the core capacities of these communities by developing thoughtful, long-term collaborations with other actors such as donors, non–profit organisations, the business sector and individuals to achieve social justice and resource mobilization.

Promoting sustainable development of HTM for social justice, through community engagement and organizing, skills development programs, partnerships and networking, policy influencing and business development.

HTM believes that systemic and enduring change is possible when people are able to initiate and drive their development agenda, work with governments and other actors to access basic rights and services as well as harness and grow their own resources.

HTM therefore invests in enhancing organized group-led initiatives to create a firm basis for sustainable development and social justice.
